My name is Raymund, and I'm an avid fitness enthusiast. I'm passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, so I created free workout programs and free coaching advice to help people get started on the right track. I'm not certified in any way, but I still enjoy sharing what I have learned through personal experience with others.
